- HOD and AMA agree
- didnt want regionalization to treat non-indigent (AMA afraid of how would impact US)
SOH say that regionalization envisioned coordinating public services in reion with private services in areas where was mutually convenient
- rockefeller foundation says tthat ampr was just mad about money they might lose out on
- ampr calmed down when they realized no one had to pay in regioanlizaitonsystem, including people who were not indigent (so they werent competing with private medical care)
