Captain James Cook, British explorer, arrives on the shores of the Lunar Realm of the United Realms of Arcanó. James Cook was an explorer from England. In mainstream history he arrived in Hawaii on January 18th, 1778. Here is a brief summary of what happened. One of Cook's sailors spots land. Cook steers the ship, the HMS Resolution, toward the land. Lunarians see the ship on the horizon. The Lunarians do not recognize the ship as one from any of the Arcanó Realms or kingdoms of Pannoräh. When the ship makes landfall armed soldiers surround the bow. As Cook jumps off the ship a man walks up to him.
"Who are you?" the man said.
"You speak English?!" Cook replied.
"No, this is the language of the people of Aarde. Aarde is the planet we live on. I repeat my question. Who are you?" said the Lunarian.
"I am Captain James Cook."
"Where did you come from?"
"I come from England."
"Why are you here?" said the Lunarian.
"I am exploring the vast Pacific Ocean" said Cook.
"Come with me."
"My men will come as well."
"Ok, but your weapons are to be left behind."
Cook was brought to the Lunar Realm Government Building. He was asked many questions about who he was, where he came from, and why he was there. He replied with Captain James Cook, England, and to find the northern path through the arctic. He was then brought to the capital city of Arcanó, Ganymede, the former capital of the Kingdom of Farallon. He was brought it front of the senate. The senators had just read a copy of what Cook had told the Lunarians. A Lunar Realm senator by the name of Jōin asks Cook to come forward. Jōin introduces himself as a senator. Cook is surprised to see women and black people in the group of senators. Cook is used to women being lower than men and black people as slaves. Jōin tells Cook to sit down in the chair next to Cook. Jōin then tells Cook to tell them his story, where he was born, and what his life was like. A Central Realm senator named Jeremy is especially interested in Cook's home land. Stating that the people of Arcanó only know about the land of Arcanó, the surrounding islands. and Pannoräh. The Senate decides to sent Cook back to England with four Arcanians.
