Description:

As Russia was already allied with Serbia, they were forced to act on their agreement and mobilized its military to stop Austria-Hungary's military from getting close to Serbia or Russia. Germany saw this act by Russia as a war threat against its ally Austria-Hungary, and declared war on Russia.
