oct 1, 1919 - makhnovists control a few large towns, like Alexandrovsk. either meetings are held with full military update briefings, and asking what is needed. workers are told they are in their own and will have to make committees etc. they are basically called, but railways get cracking on it, and eventually progress begins to be made.
