Andrew Carnegie was a capitalsit of the Gilded age and the founder of Carnegie Steel in 1872, whcih during this time would dominate the steel industry around the world. He would find out how to monopoize the steel industry purchasing ore deposits and creating a growing company. He would then sell his company to J.P.
