Description:
Aristarchus, an ancient Greek astronomer and mathematician, estimated that the size of the sun is much more larger than the size of the Earth. He was also the first person to present a model that placed the sun at the center with the other planets revolving around it. Aristarchus was the first one to correctly present the heliocentric model.
