Description:

After the death of the long serving dictator of Nuomdeim, Dictator Wídhi Kavvoipõ, Nuomdeim formed a presidential system where each president could rule for 15 years for one term and one term only. The president, however, was not elected by the people but by a large group of appointed officials. These appointed officials were chosen by the three largest cities in Nuomdeim every 30 years.
