The Atlanta compromise was created by the coming together of whites and African Americans led by Booker T. Washigton who showwed that the to races had made many accomplishments but that they could continue to iprove life for both races which may remain seperate. They should understand he said that you should never put doubt in african americans for we are closer to you than you might think so why not hire us to work for you rather than hiring immigrants. Why not hire someone who you know you can intrust your faith in.
