Description:

The Chernobyl Disaster occurred on April 26, 1986. It happened because of a culmination of shotty work, subpar materials, trying to push it through, and incorrect operation. Because of this reactor #4 blew senting out massive amounts of radiation. Within a couple of weeks 28 were dead from acute radiation syndrome but it is estimated anywhere from 4,00 to 200,000 deaths were caused by after effects of the exposition.
