The Wii U is released, this was the first console to have a Deluxe version. The white Wii U is the normal one, and can hold 8 GB of storage, the black Deluxe version can hold 32 GB of storage. The Wii U is unfortunately Nintendo's worst-selling home console selling only 13 million copies. The Wii U was discontinued in 2015 and it's best-selling game was Mario Kart 8 at 8.42 million copies.
