10h 38min, oct 11, 1918 y - 11/10/1918: Elsie Inglis Unit: Ethel Moir sent back to Britain because she falls ill. A new arrival enters unit in the form of Dr Ellie Rendel. Unit finds itself in Skopje, where it is full up and very busy with cases of malaria and Spanish influenza ending in pneumonia. Lilian Laloe (administrator) writes that: the hospital was 'still feeling the effects of the advance.' (178)
