jul 2, 1922 - Genoa Conference
Description:
This conference was supposed to fix the issue of German reparations but was a complete fail. After the United States chose not to attend, essentially every other country that would have gone did not. The relevance of this in terms of the fragility of peace is that America's isolationism led to a failed conference that could have contributed to guaranteeing peace.
