Description:

Francisco Pizzaro was born in 1475 in Spain. He was a Spanish conquistador who conquered the Incan Empire. Throughout his life, he participated in wars. He went on many explorations in his lifetime including sailing to Panama with four of his brothers. He conquered Peru in 1532 when he and his small army overcame the Incas. He then founded the city of Lima and built a palace there. He died on June 26th, 1541, when his palace was attacked by another conquistador.
