Description:

Refunding multiple CCV transactions at once can be a daunting task. There are a few steps for each refund and the process is generally prone to error. To help our Client Support team with this, we added an interface on the Transactions tab in the member's profile that allows CS agents to refund multiple SmartPay CCV transactions. To do so, simply add the amount you'd like to refund and select the transactions from the list.
