Seven months after the 721 incident in Yuen Long, hundreds of people staged a sit-in at a shopping mall nearby. Some shops closed and riot police officers stood guard outside the shopping centre. Dozens of people also staged sit-ins in Causeway Bay, Ma On Shan and Heng Fa Chuen MTR stations.
