Description:

The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce met with Hong Kong's Secretary for Security John Lee and suggested that the government to add three additional safeguards to the amendment bill, including requiring the administration and courts to consider human rights and humanitarian factors, considering only the central government's request for extradition to the mainland China, and increasing the scope of extraditable offences to those with seven years' imprisonment or higger.
