Three months after the Yuen Long 721 incident, there were sit-ins at the MTR stations in Taikoo, Kwun Tong, Heng Fa Chuen, and Tseung Kwan O. There were about a hundred people in the YOHO mall connected to Yuen Long Station. Citizens gathered on the Yuen Long Main Road at night. The police arrived at around 8:00 pm, firing tear gas and arresting many people.
