My alarm sound in the morning comes from a Samsung Galaxy S7. Samsung is a company from South Korea and is a major competitor with Apple iPhones from the United States. Many of my friends use this phone as well. The culture has been impacted due to globalization because consumers have a lot of choice when purchasing products in the competitive cell phone market. Some of Samsung's major competitors are Apple, Google and LG. Through the substantial amount of purchases of this phone worldwide, the national markets merge into one large cell phone market, and this demonstrates how the economy is impacted. Also, revenue from other countries is converted into South Korean Won when Samsung products are purchased online.
