nov 11, 1918 - 1918 WW1 ended (Returning veterans) (-1)

Description:

During the war, women had more job opportunities and the economy of Canada was getting better based on those industries and factories. As the war ended, the returning veterans faced the unemployment and women had to give up their jobs for men. Also, the inflation was added to the challenges. In 1918, living in Canada was nearly twice as expensive as it had been in 1914. As the war ended, the economy of Canada suddenly decreased and people faced unemployment.
