Description:

His first move as the new president of Iraq was, to assemble all the Ba'ath party leaders and ask someone to videotape it. He asked someone to read out a confession and the names of 68 co-conspirators. Those of which got their name called were labeled as "disloyal" and removed from the assembly and were brought to custody. Those who remained in the room were congratulated for their past and future loyalty
