Study on aggression
as an adaptation
Description:
Francis McAndrew presents the idea that aggression as a response is an adaptive behavior to ensure the odds of survival and reproduction. Winners of a fight have an improved chance of surviving and reproducing, and the losers "run the risk of genetic annihilation" this can be similarily tied into the kin selection when it comes to helping, too. It's a way for humans to make sure they're genes are carried on.
