Description:

The beginning of Orokin society in the 2600s, with Moore's Law and The Great Filter taken into account. At some point, technological advancement would be able to outpace any mass extinction that could occur, including nuclear fallout. I believe that at some point within the 27th century, the rate at which we could climb back up to the stage of technological advancement we were at prior to any potential extinction-level event using what we would have left would be the same as if it had never happened.
