Description:

Salvador Allende was the Chilean President in 1973. He was a communist who threateed to nationalize all U.S. owned industries, so U.S> President Nixon cut foreign aids completely to Chile to prevent another Fidel Castro incident and this put Chile in deprivation of many things.

This is an example of Foreign Aid, whereas Foreign policy is being cut and resricted from one country to another.
