This is because the Vietnam war is like a gash on the U.S.’s history. It contains the names of all those who went MIA or were KIA in the Vietnam war, in order of the date of their casualty.
The Wall is important to the Vietnam war because it is a memorial to remember those who have served our country. It is meant to be a reminder to appreciate those who allow us to have our freedoms every day in America.
