Description:

Anne, born on February 6th, 1665 in London, England was queen of Great Britain as well as Ireland from 1702 through 1714. She died on August 1st, 1714. Although her father was a Catholic, she had been raised an Anglican. Anne married Prince George of Denmark, but they did not have any heirs, so the Stuart dynasty ended with her.

Anne was queen during the War of Spanish Succession and was responsible for the Acts of Union which formally united England with Scotland as one country.
