Description:

After the 4th Hells War, Lower Oipienta was devastated economically and politically and with the Treaty of Atva, Lower Oipienta was to be annexed by Oipienta. However, to make the process smoother, the annexation was planned for 1926. Many high level political Oipientians wanted the process to be faster in order to exploit the resources and gain more electors for the upcoming 1922 elections. When Alvak came into poewr, he spent weeks negotiating with the leaders of Lower Oipienta in order to try to speed up the process and with luck, he achieved it by promising to pay for all the damage Oipienta caused during the war and compensation for the religious leaders who would be automatically removed from power.
