Description:
*Shays's Rebellion was brought on because many people did not like the approaches that the people in government were taking in regards to running the country.* Many people were in debt and could not pay back any money that they owed. The rebellion was led by Daniel Shays's, a revolutionary war veteran. Did not like the ways taxes were being handled so they decided to rebel. This rebellion was quickly put to rest by the militia of Massachusetts, but not before making an impact so large that people thought they needed to re-evaluate the system.
