**Susan B. Anthony was a leader of pioneer of the Women’s Rights Movement in the United States.** Anthony traveled around the country with Elizabeth Cady Stanton delivering speeches and uniting smaller suffrage groups into the National American Woman Suffrage Association. She along with other reformers like Frederick Douglass helped to work to abolish women’s suffrage and slavery. Douglass also traveled around the country giving anti-slavery speeches as part of the Abolitionist movement.
