The Yuan Dynasty ended in 1368 after the multiple revolts in the mid 14th century . It began in 1271 established by the Mongols who ruled China. Multiple aspects lead to the fall of the Yuan Dynasty, like the class conflict resulting from heavy taxation, peasant uprisings in southern China, corruption of Yuan Court officials, fiscal crisis due to luxury lifestyle of the ruling class and overspending.
