(1572): Started out as a Catholic mob against the Huguenots that eventually turned into an all out massacre, and was the bloodiest massacre in all of Europe, Catholics wanted France to be a completely Catholic country, no Huguenots, this massacre was eventually stopped by nobles and France army. This shocked Europe and effected it forever.
