Description:
The Graphaphone was invented at the Volta Laboratory by Alexander Graham Bell. The Graphaphone worked in a very similar way to the Phonautograph and the Phonograph, however the sound waves that were recorded were engraved into a wax cylinder which was a lot sturdier and easier to transport than the Phonographs tin foil.Added to timeline:
