Description:
In responce to the Bostone tea party, parliament passed the Coercive Acts, known by the colonies as the Intolerable Acts. These acts were 5 punishing acts to keep the colonies in check. These acts only succeeded in increasing the hate towards Britain, and lead to the first continental congress.
