The planning began. Both sides needed to get as many allies on their side as possible. Joe is at a slight advantage right now because he has all of the fish in the sea. His plan was to surround the whole entire island with sharks, fish and whales. Then he would fly above the island and strike a lightning bolt that would electrocute every single person on the island. Then when they are electrocuted he will find all of them and feed them to the sharks so they don’t have to worry about them any more.
