The beginning of the Gallipoli Landing was when there was The Battle of Gallipoli. This happened within the World War 1 in the Gallipoli peninsula. The battle did not go to plan, may Australians were close to their objectives but were forced to go back. The main force was too narrow and it became intermixed , there was a great fight and there was a very luck escape. While escaping the soldiers travelled by boat with oars. Only very few survived and questions surrounded the landing.
