If you don't understand what is going on in this video, I will explain. Basically, a guy comes up to Louis and says that he got Harry's anchor tattoo and is wanting to now get one of Louis's tattoos as well! He asks Louis to choose which of his tattoos he should get and Louis instinctively rolls up his right sleeve and points at the rope tattoo before getting flustered and shaken up. After he decides on a different tattoo and looks panicked when the camera is back on him.
