Possible new infected fluid collection in the abdomen. Empiric Vanco Zosyn given. IR re-paged question drain new fluid collection for source control. Patient given more IV fluids. Given expected clinical course and tachycardia rising lactate despite fluid resuscitation patient will be admitted to the ICU".
