Description:
All banks started to close up for the special session of Congress on March 9th, 1933. With the special session, FDR aided the banking panic bypassing 15 major bills into law (New Deal). If wasn't for the special session, probably the New Deal plan wouldn't be at the market of the United States, and we could still be in the Great Depression
