Police responded to a dispute between two people at a Dollar Tree store where one of them was armed with a knife. Police found the man who allegedly had the knife a few blocks away at 1520 W. 37th St. A witness said the man was face forward toward the cop, but backing up, when the officer shot and killed him.Added to timeline:
