Description:

Police were pulling over a vehicle that reportedly was swerving and hit a curb around 1:30 a.m. The driver, Earl Barton, fled, and a chase started. Police stopped the vehicle with stop sticks. The driver got out of the vehicle and ran. After police found the driver, they said he pulled out a knife and tried to assault an officer. And police shot and killed Barton.
