Description:

Officers were alerted to a disturbance involving a man and a woman at Deerbrook Mall in which the man allegedly pulled his gun on the woman. When officers arrived, the man began to run. During the chase, officers shot at the running man. Bystander Brian Marksberry, 31, tried to intervene. The fleeing man allegedly shot and killed Marksberry, and Humble police shot and killed the fleeing man.
