Officers were dispatched to a call at about 4:21 p.m. to investigate reports of an man suffering from a possible mental episode. The man allegedly had fired multiple rounds inside of his residence. When officers arrived they attempted to contact the man. He came out of the hom, armed with a handgun, and two officers shot and killed him.
