Police arrived at a home to follow up on a homicide investigation. They were allowed into the home, and found Eric Galvan in a bedroom. Galvan reportedly displayed a gun and was shot and killed by Officers Charla Hemerly, Crispin Mendez and Alyssa Hernandez.
