Description:
Aurantia realizes that its getting harder to breathe and the group confronts Esper the AI pilot. Esper starts to only talk in code. Monte and Thor hear water and find the basement filling with water. Tiff has gone completely insane from void withdrawal. Monte an Thor borrow her glasses but she runs off and goes downstairs they chase and all three and Craig get thrown through the void. Aurantia hears the commotion and follows going through the void on her own. Monte and Thor find themselves on Tare and Aurantia finds herself on Marina. Tiff is nowhere to be found. Monte talks to Laughlin and learns he is trying to flood Aern after the discovery of the gate. Monte convinces him to wait and they leave through the gate again. Aurantia eventually finds her way to another gate and ends up on Orion. The guard notices who she is and tries to call the police so she runs. On the ship everyone talks about why they took the job and realize that Lucid is trying to kill them. Rob fixes the ship and they realize they can't make it to the satellite. Chaya downloads Esper and then sets the ship to crash into the satellite and everyone leaves through the gate. Rob, Elysia, Arthur, Mortimer, and Chaya ends up on Aern. They crash at Aurantia's place. Monte, Thor and Craig arrive on Marina and find a brontosaur which they name Tree. They investigate a recently abandoned lab and find the void gate. they spend the night in the lab.
