The Lloyds, however were unaware that a couple of towns had formed alliances together. After a few threats, Florence’s enemies broke into the city and created havoc. With the intense violence, Hazel and Lily’s parents were killed. As further intimidation, the soldiers captured Lily and held her captive, whereas Hazel barely escaped the attacks.
