Description:

Dovahnor, Sundom, Orlais, Tevinter, Free Marches, Stormhold, and Cordonia leaders meet together to form borders for their countries along the previous state lines, instead of the county lines. This makes for much straighter borders that are easier to protect.

Trades and land exchanges are required, Dovahnor losing and gaining the most.

Some exchanges that happened

Dovahnor gave up their 20% hold on Louisiana to own all of Tennesse from Tevinter.

Dovahnor gave up their 90% hold of Minnesota to keep New Jersey for themselves and to have the entire New York state given to the Free Marches except for Long Island. Long Island belongs to Dovahnor for the Belmont stakes race track.

The Free Marches own the Statue of Liberty.

Sundom gave up their 15% hold of Colorado to Dovahnor to gain complete control of New Mexico.

Sundom gave up its 20% hold on Texas to have the entire state of California when it returns to a habitable state.

Cordonia agreed to remain within Canada's previous borders.

Stormhold agreed to remain within Mexico's previous borders.
