Description:

-The Man Mo Temple, also known as Man Mo Mui was built in 1847, this remains the largest Man Mo temple in Hong Kong.
Man Mo Temple is part of a complex that also includes the areas like Shing Kung and Kung Sor. Like Shing Kung was created for the worship of all heavenly gods, while Kung Sor, built to the temple’s west, was an important assembly hall where community affairs and disputes were often discussed and settled.


-The Happy Valley horse race tracks is located in Happy Valley on Hong Kong Island, surrounded by Wong Nai Chung Road and Morrison Hill Road. Opened in 1845 and it’s capacity is 55, 000 people


-On the morning of 8th December 1941, the day after their attack on Pearl Harbour, the Japanese attacked Hong Kong.
Till this day the st.John Cathedral are still open for visits or mass,you can be baptist there, hold weddings and etc.

-The Government House was designed by Charles St George Cleverley. The building process started in 1851, eight years after Hong Kong was under British colony, and took four years to finish. The first governor to live there was Sir John Bowring, the fourth governor of the territory. The last one was, Chris Patten.
During the Japanese occupation during World War II (1941–1945), it was occupied by the Japanese Military Governor.
