It is settled where the Lord of Starlight Larin, The Gazing Eye of Existence, descends upon a pilgrimage of Vourenkinn from Kun Vánntelde (Kingdom of the High Snows) and announces the names of Brander's heirs, those who are his kin: The Lords of Starlight.

The peaks become a holy site for the followers of the Betrayers as a god had set feet on them, and thus a city in build atop them, to forever remember the Arrival of the Stars.

After the Sundering of the Vourenkinn comes to pass, the kingdom of Kun Tahalvrene (Kingdom of the Starfolk) would be founded around the holy city atop the peaks.
