jan 1, 1906 - Disability Act
Description:
Passed by the United States congress. It provided pension for veterans in which served a minimum of 90 days in the military. These veterans would be discharged (honorably) and able to do manual labor. The Act was debated about for many years but was finally signed into action by Benjamin Harrison.
