The mauryan Empire was founded by chandragupta maiara which overpowered ancient India. When it was at its greatest the Empire stretched from parts of Iran to almost the entire subcontinent of India. Both trade and Enterprises were known as public and private things. Farmers with the largest part of the population. They even had taxes on agriculture. Mauryan Dynasty Was considered a state. It was controlled by the military executive judiciary, the treasurer, the general, and other ministers. It was divided into provinces under governors. These Governors were most of the time royal princess. For the first part of the state they didn't have a really set religion but Ahsoka the grandson of chandergupta devoted all the resources from the state too Buddhism. versus being an Empire they decided to be a state and had different parts to it. Trade under the Mauryan Dynasty was the first in Southeast Asia. trade expanded in India significant Lee because of political Unity.
