Description:

After a four-teen year-old kid was found smoking in the bathroom a teacher brought her to the principal's office where he then began to scearch her purse. After finding finding many things that suggest that she sell marijuana he call her parents nad the police and gave them the evidence. Being charged she said that her Fourth Amendment was violated because her purse was illegally searched. The Court ruled for T.L.O.
